Hillary is a natural-born wanderer and wonderer. A digital nomad and pilgrim of the heart, she often feels herself a poster child of the Spiritual Millennial. As a writer, health coach and yoga instructor, in her professional roles Hillary is usually cast as a teacher. Even so, she feels her truest nature has and always will be that of the student.

Currently she is working on her forthcoming book, Holy Shift, a manual of sorts for fellow spiritual millennials that offers down-to-earth concepts for higher consciousness.

“Yoga begins with listening. When we listen, we are giving space to what is.”

Richard Freeman
