Tricia is a certified Vinyasa yoga teacher teaching methodology, and practicum for Asana, Pranayama, and meditation. She is also a wellness advocate and is currently helping others heal through the power of whole food nutrition and movement. After being super unhealthy and unhappy the majority of her life, losing her father at the age of 4 and growing up on an average American diet of only processed foods and added sugars she has developed a huge passion for self development, nutrition, and learning about the mind, body, gut connection.
Having had an incredible transformation of her own both physical and mental she now feels the need to give back and share her knowledge through experience to help inspire others do the same. She realized as human beings we are more than capable of learning new skills and this year has even picked up the ukulele and learned how to surf, two hobbies she never thought she would be able to do. She has a huge draw for Latin American countries as she speaks Spanish and has found herself living in Argentina, Uruguay, Peru, Colombia, Costa Rica, and Mexico and is currently living her life based off these amazing words.
“Life is amazing.
And then it’s awful.
And then it’s amazing again. And in between the amazing and awful it’s ordinary, mundane and routine.
Breathe in the amazing, hold on through the awful, and relax and exhale during the ordinary. That’s just living heartbreaking, soul-healing, amazing, awful, ordinary life. And it’s breathtaking beautiful.”
